Allied Strips Limited (ASL), the second largest producer of cold rolled steel products in North India and located at 42. K.M. Stone, Delhi-Rohtak-Road, Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, Haryana – 124505. The Company was set up in 1994 with following production capacities.
M/s Allied Strips Limited was admitted to Resolution Proceedings u/s 9 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) in the year 2018. Further, due to commencement of insolvency and resolution proceedings, the operations at the manufacturing facility were closed down since 2018 to 2022.
M/s GP Global Group through its group company GP Global Energy Private Limited (now known as Nivaya Resources Private Limited) participated in the Resolution process and the Resolution Plan submitted by the Company was duly accepted by the COC and approved by Hon’ble NCLT, Delhi under IBC 2016. The Resolution Plan has been finally approved by the NCLAT vide Order dated May 6, 2022 and has been implemented on 20.10.2022.
The new management of the Company has initiated various steps for restart of the operations at the factory
ASL has world class production facilities designed and manufactured by leading technology giants of Europe, Japan, US and Korea. The plant is located in the state of Haryana, 42 km from the national capital, at the intersection of NH-10 and the newly constructed KMP highway, that brings it in close proximity to the Gurgaon-Manesar auto hub and allows to serve its customers efficiently. The new management plans to develop an industrial hub at the surplus land available with the Company and unlock good values, which will help the Company in diversification of its production facilities and products.
The company has in fact already started planning to increase the production capacity along with forward integration and addition of new value-added products like galvanized steel items in its product range in the years ahead.
- Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled (HRPO) Coil 500,000 TPA
- Cold Rolled and Annealed Coil (CRCA) 360,000 TPA
